My name is Blair. I'm just trying to live a healthy life and be held accountable to others. I love being outside and holding the sun in the palm of my hand. Don't really care that much if I have followers, this is almost like a diary for me. BUT I welcome anyone and I LOVE to read other people's blogs! For those who have asked, my method is burning 500 calories per day more than I take in, which mathematically should lead to losing one pound a week, a very manageable goal. Age: 20. Weight: 165. I have a problem.

And that problem is called om-nom-nom syndrome. 

Also known, to my fellow college students, as stress eating. 


It’s finals season. 

(Bleh.) 

Today I was so stressed about my exam I ate a gigantic chocolate chip cookie and a full-fat mocha. Needless to say, my belly is spilling over my shorts in anger. 

The thing to remember: tomorrow is a new day.

The 100 Workout!

Sometimes when I’m super busy, I don’t have time to go on a run! And since it’s summer, I don’t have access to my college gym! So I do what I call the “100” workout: 100 reps of workouts for my abs, legs and arms. 

25 second plank

25 crunches

25 leg lifts

25 “butt lifts” 

25 bicep curls

25 back tricep curls

25 diagonal lifts to the left

25 diagonal lifts to the right

25 squats

25 left lunges

25 right lunges

25 squat pulses

BOOM!

Breakfast!

I just had the most filling breakfast EVER. I feel like I’m about to pop. It was steel cut oats with brown sugar & blueberries from Bluephies Downtown Deli! I have no idea how many calories were in it (probably semi-high because it was a huge bowl and I think it was made with 2% milk) but I only ate about 3/4 because I seriously thought I might explode. #YUM.
